How to become an ODBP Educator:
Have a knack for uplifting young people.
Skilled as a coach, guide, trainer, mentor, etc.
A background in education. Non-traditional educators preferred. Any and all personal, professional, and educational experiences will be considered holistically.

Finish 260-hour ODBP paid training and obtain a certificate of completion. 🎉
How to BE an ODBP Educator:
Match with one or more ODBP learner(s). 2-3 learners max for the first 6 months,

Weekly 1-on-1 meetings with ODBP Learners,
Mentorship and professional development,
Attend events and connect with other ODBP people (learners, families, educators),
Empower, celebrate, support, question, laugh with, listen to, and observe learners, kindergarten through undergraduate,
Connect learners to the world and to themselves, in ways that are best suited for their beautiful rarity,
Engage in life-altering work for you and the people you serve.
